Tine Arlt and Uli Riedel are the founding team of manaomea. She has the big vision, 
he has the playful, inventive spirit and they both have lots of energy! Energy to make a difference, energy to grow and also energy for many small manaomea spin-off companies all over the world. 

Energy for new priorities in business: Sustainability and socially fair working conditions as the basic material, not as a decorative ribbon on top. 
50 % social, 50 % business, 100 % right. 

They are entrepreneurs, scientists, enthusiasts, inventors, thinkers, wackos, dreamers, doers and, first and foremost, human beings and big fans of this world.

Sometimes the best path leads in circles: this applies to parts of our team who have been far away far away, professionally speaking,  and are now back where they belong. And it applies to our products, which can all be returned to our material cycle at any time - and are always very welcome there. 

We love materials and the beauty in their details just as much as we love our planet. 

That's why we want holistic impact: in the material itself, socially on site and overall in terms of  circular economy. And we want to see our manaomea material in many industries in the future. You'll be just as enthusiastic about it as we are, for sure.
